Question 1

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. My clinical training as a Licensed Professional Counselor informs everything in the system, but these products are performance training, not treatment. If an athlete is dealing with something clinical, the right move is care with a licensed provider in your area, and I say so when I see it.

Question 2

What ages is this for?

Accepted Answer

The system is built for competitive athletes roughly 10 to 22. Play Free reads best for athletes about 12 and up; for younger athletes, the parent guide is the better entry point.

Question 3

Is this only for hockey players?

Accepted Answer

The examples are hockey-native because that is where I lived. The system is sport-agnostic: the patterns and protocols apply anywhere pressure shows up.

Question 4

How are products delivered?

Accepted Answer

Instantly. Checkout runs through Stripe and the PDF arrives by email within minutes of purchase.

Question 5

How is this different from motivational content?

Accepted Answer

Motivation tells athletes what to feel. It is passive and it fades by the first shift. This system explains the mechanism behind the pattern and gives the athlete a protocol to install. Mechanism produces behavior change; inspiration produces highlight-reel captions.

Question 6

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Digital products are delivered instantly by email, so purchases are non-refundable. If your download does not arrive, email us and we will make sure you get it.
