Contact details you give us, such as name and email address, to deliver a product you bought, answer a question, or send the free material you asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or your consent for email you opted into.

Message content you send through a form, to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering inquiries.

Basic technical data such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed, to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not collect assessments or any mental health information through this site. Cue phrases and reflections an athlete saves in their account are private to that athlete. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, never by us.

Purchases are made by adults. We keep data collection minimal by design and do not build public profiles, social features, or behavioral advertising audiences.

Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, generally seven years. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Inquiry messages are kept up to two years, then deleted or anonymized.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent to marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link. Email YL@yalelewis.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA, you can also complain to your supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting who can reach personal data.

The site uses essential cookies required for it to function and for checkout. Any analytics cookies are limited to aggregate page usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though checkout will not work without the essential ones.
