Refund policy

Every product here is a digital file delivered the moment payment clears, so purchases are final and not refundable. Read the product page before you buy, and email YL@yalelewis.com first if you are unsure whether something fits your athlete.

Delivery problems are a different matter. If a file will not download, will not open, or never reached your inbox, email YL@yalelewis.com with the address you bought with and it gets fixed the same day.

Recurring plans can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for. Past periods are not refunded.
