Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Yale Lewis Coaching (also referred to as "we" or "us"), operated by Yale Lewis, LPC. They govern your use of this site, and our digital products.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf and complete any purchase.

By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase.

Our products are mental performance training materials: written guides, protocols, and structured training content built on the Mindset Performance System™.

This is mental performance training. It is not therapy or mental health treatment. Nothing here diagnoses, assesses, or treats a mental health condition. If an athlete needs clinical care, work with a licensed provider in your area.

You agree not to misuse the site or products. That includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, and interfering with security through malware, probing, or scraping.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any download links confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you give us.

Yale Lewis Coaching retains ownership of the products, the system, the written content, and the branding. Buying a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training, or for the athlete in your household or on your team roster where the product says so.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or reverse engineer the products, or circumvent any technical limits.

We work to keep the site and delivery reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Prices are shown in US dollars, and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

Memberships and other recurring plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel or change a plan at any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

All sales are final. Products are delivered instantly as digital files, so purchases are not refundable. If a file will not open or does not arrive, email YL@yalelewis.com and it gets fixed the same day.

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Content you already downloaded remains subject to the licence terms above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, and special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts located there.
